Earl Luther Locke Jr. was born September 30, 1990 in Mobile, Alabama. He departed this life at the age of 29 on Friday July 17, 2020 in (Lancaster, Pennsylvania) at Lancaster General Hospital, leaving family and friends to cherish his fond memories.
